At Ketone-IQ®, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance apparel. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, we offer 30-day hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and securely seal the box with the prepaid label on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
